The Challenge
The family wanted a traditional setup but entirely outdoors by the lake. Unpredictable evening winds and the logistical challenge of moving 300 guests smoothly from the high-tea lawns to the phera deck required meticulous planning.
The Solution
We designed a heavy-base structural mandap that could withstand the lake breeze, using low-center-of-gravity floral arrangements. The guest flow was mapped out with three dedicated hospitality teams, ensuring a seamless transition exactly as the sun began to set.
