Services & Engagements

Choose how much of the weight you want to carry.

Some families hand us the whole wedding. Others hand us only the parts they would rather never think about again. Below are the three engagements we offer, and underneath them, every capability that sits behind the work.

Three ways in

Every wedding needs the same work done. The only real question is who does it.

Not sure which one fits? We will say so on the intro call rather than sell you the largest one.

Our standard of execution

The standard

A guest should never be able to tell which parts were difficult.

Late suppliers, missing linen, a power cut during the pheras — these happen at almost every wedding. Our job is to make sure the only people who ever find out are us.

Capability index

The full list

Everything we are prepared to take off your hands.

Which of these apply depends on the engagement you choose and the shape of your wedding. Nothing here is billed as an extra once it sits inside your agreed scope.

01

Budget & Planning

The spine of the wedding. Every later decision is measured against what gets agreed here.

Budget tracking
Category caps agreed up front, then a shared tracker that shows committed versus spent at any moment.
Venue scouting
Shortlists built around your guest count, ceremony sequence and travel reality — then site visits and negotiation.
Timeline creation
A master plan for the months ahead and minute-by-minute schedules for the days themselves.
Checklists and deadlines
Owner-assigned task lists so nothing sits waiting on an unnamed person.
02

Vendor Management

We hold the relationships, the paperwork and the accountability — so you hold none of it.

Vendor matching
Caterers, photographers, decorators and performers drawn from a network we have worked with and can vouch for.
Contract review
Scope, cancellation terms and overtime clauses read line by line before anything is signed.
Named backups
Every critical vendor has an identified alternate who knows the brief, in case the first one cannot deliver.
On-day supervision
Arrival windows, load-in order and setup quality directed by our team, not left to chance.
03

Design & Guest Experience

What the wedding looks like, and what it feels like to be a guest inside it.

Decor styling
Moodboards, colour and material palettes, floral direction and layout drawings for each ceremony.
Guest hospitality
RSVP tracking, seating plans, hotel room blocks and a staffed welcome desk on arrival day.
Travel logistics
Airport pickups, inter-venue transport and arrival schedules for out-of-town and overseas family.
Welcome and favours
Hampers, room drops and take-home gifts sourced, assembled and distributed on schedule.
05

Apparel & Rehearsals

The close-quarters support that keeps the couple and the wedding party unhurried.

Attire coordination
Fitting calendars, alteration deadlines and outfit changes mapped against the ceremony schedule.
Getting-ready choreography
Hair, makeup and photography slots sequenced so nobody is waiting and nobody is rushed.
Bustle and drape handling
Trains pinned, dupattas secured and outfits reset between ceremony and reception.
Rehearsal direction
A walkthrough with the wedding party and officiant so everyone knows their cue before it matters.
06

Crisis & On-Site Support

Problems are inevitable. Guests noticing them is not.

Emergency kit
Stain remover, safety pins, steamer, medication basics and a sewing kit within reach of the couple all day.
Weather contingency
A rain plan with its own layout, call time and trigger point — decided in advance, not in the moment.
Family mediation
Seating tensions, speech overruns and delicate requests absorbed quietly by our team.
Live runsheet control
One person owns the clock and adjusts the rest of the day when something slips.
07

Wrap-Up & Settlement

The part most couples forget to plan, and then spend a fortnight cleaning up.

Gift and envelope security
Collected, logged and handed to a named family member — never left on a table overnight.
Rental returns
Furniture, linen, crockery and hired decor counted out and returned within their contracted window.
Final settlements
Closing payments and gratuities distributed on site against the agreed schedule.
Handover and close
Photo and video delivery chased, vendor accounts closed, and a feedback session with your family.

How scope and fees work

Scope & fees

Priced once, in writing, before you commit.

We quote against your actual wedding, not a template. That means a conversation first — about dates, ceremonies, guest numbers, and which parts you genuinely want to keep.

A flat planning fee
Scoped to your wedding — ceremony days, guest count and how much of the work is ours. Quoted once, in writing, before you commit.
No vendor commissions
We do not take a cut from anyone we recommend. Discounts we negotiate come off your invoice, not ours.
Three payments, no surprises
An engagement retainer, a planning-phase payment, and the balance thirty days before the wedding.

Tell us the date and the difficult part.

A forty-five minute call, no obligation. We will tell you which engagement actually fits — and if the honest answer is that you do not need us, we will say that too.
