The Challenge
A remote location with zero local vendor infrastructure. Everything from floral foam to the DJ console had to be transported 200 kilometers up a hill station.
The Solution
We created a centralized logistics hub in Indore and dispatched staggered convoys over three days. We embraced the natural surroundings, using indigenous flora and minimal lighting to highlight the landscape rather than mask it.
